Terms of sale

1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to all orders placed in the Pitches&Palms shop on www.pitchesandpalms.com.

The seller is SteerSuite GmbH, Königsallee 19, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany, registered with the commercial register of the Local Court of Düsseldorf under HRB 112346, represented by its managing director Athanasios Tabakis, VAT ID DE461316586. Email: info@steersuite.com.

We deliver to consumers and businesses with a delivery address in the European Union.

2. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

The tee shown in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

How to order

1. Choose your size and delivery country on the product page and click “Pre-order”.
2. You are taken to the payment page of our payment provider Stripe, where you enter your email address, delivery address and payment details.
3. Before you submit, the payment page shows the item, size, total price and shipping costs. You can correct entries on the payment page directly in each field. To change the size or delivery country, go back to the product page with your browser’s back function.
4. Clicking the “Pay” button places a binding order.

The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds. The confirmation page that follows shows that we have received your order.

The contract languages are German and English.

We store the text of the contract. It is not available to you on the website after the contract is concluded. You can view, print and save these terms on this page at any time. With the delivery you also receive the terms of sale and the withdrawal information on paper.

We have not subscribed to any codes of conduct.

3. Prices and shipping

The tee costs €69. All prices include VAT.

Shipping costs €4.90 for delivery within Germany and €9.90 for delivery to another country of the European Union. Shipping costs also include VAT.

We do not deliver to countries outside the European Union.

4. Payment

You pay when you order, through Stripe. Available methods are credit and debit card; depending on your country and device also Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and other methods. The payment page shows which ones are offered to you.

The purchase price and shipping costs are due when you order.

5. Delivery and retention of title

The tee is available for pre-order. We ship from 18 November 2026 and deliver by 4 December 2026 at the latest.

We deliver to the address you enter on the payment page.

The tee remains our property until it has been paid for in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as follows.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SteerSuite GmbH, Königsallee 19, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany, email: info@steersuite.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.pitchesandpalms.com/shop/withdrawal. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (SteerSuite GmbH, Königsallee 19, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

7. Legal guarantee

The statutory rights for defects apply. For consumers, claims for defects become time-barred two years after delivery.

We do not offer an additional commercial guarantee.

8. Manufacturer

The manufacturer of the tee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety is SteerSuite GmbH, Königsallee 19, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany, email: info@steersuite.com.

9. Dispute resolution and governing law

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.

10. Data protection when you order

To process your order we use your name, your delivery address and, where given, your billing address, your email address and the item you ordered, in order to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We pass the delivery address to the carrier that delivers the parcel.

Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; we do not receive them.

If you use the online withdrawal function, we use your name, your email address, your order details and the time of receipt to process the withdrawal and confirm its receipt to you (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with § 356a of the German Civil Code).

We keep order details for as long as commercial and tax law require.
